You might try focusing on any smell, taste or sensation that causes the couple to become aroused. These can include the smell of the woman’s perfume or the man’s masculine smell.

If you’re using aphrodisiacs, you might take it one step further. Chocolate tends to be a common food used in erotic fiction, but you might try using different aphrodisiacs like potatoes and asparagus. If you’re going to use chocolate, you might try using liquid chocolate that the couple can smear on themselves.
One partner can surprise the other in the shower, but this might make a better and more romantic scene, if the couple has already been intimate with one another before.
